Sell With Cyndi! You Won't Regret It!
For a number of months before my husband and I decided to list our house, we had become acquainted with a very pleasant young woman, who frequently walked through our neighbourhood, handing out her business card, sheets of current real estate info and even some tasty cookie recipes. She was obviously a "people person" and was taking the time to get to know the residents on our street and letting all of us get to know her. Cyndi Polovina was a brand new realtor, and wasn't afraid to put her smiling face "out there". With her fresh enthusiasm and cheerful personality, she became quite memorable, especially when we started to think of selling our home.
We loved our home in Mission where we had enjoyed many years, but our lives were changing and it was time to downsize. We had viewed a beautiful place out of town that we very much wanted to purchase. It was perfect for us and for our upcoming retirement years. However, to make the offer firm on that house, we would need to sell our house quickly. We thought of Cyndi instantly. She was such an amiable person and clearly throughout the year, she had been trying very hard to get to know us...and become familiar with the neighbourhood. We wanted to give her a chance to work for us but we hesitated. Simply because we appreciated that she was very new and for that reason, we were uncertain if she had the skills to meet our needs.
We knew a mortgage broker, who had been a friend of our family for many years, and asked him to recommend someone who would give our listing the attention we felt it deserved. As it turned out, he mentioned Cyndi's name without any hesitation whatsoever, and described her as being an individual who would work extremely hard to get the job done. With all the realtors out there, we were impressed that she was the first person that came to his mind. At that point, our confidence in her was confirmed and we immediately asked her to come and list our home.
We carefully explained our situation and the importance of selling quickly and of course, we told her we needed to get the very best price possible. As soon as we signed with her, Cyndi became very focused and was immediately hard at work for us. Much to our surprise and delight, Cyndi had our house sold in 5 days. Her research and study of the current market had helped her to price it perfectly, and to make matters even better, we got more than the asking price.
In our many years together, my husband and I have owned a few homes and believe me, this was the most painless and the most prosperous sale in the history of our real estate ventures. We couldn't be happier ...and guess what; we were able to purchase that new house that we wanted!

Don't Hesitate to Use Cyndi for Your Home Sale or Purchase!
Selling your home may be one of the largest assets you ever sell. When I was considering selling my home, my first thought was which Realtor can I choose to get me the most money and the quickest sale possible.
My first thought was to seek out someone who had years of experience in the market. After some research, I found that the experienced Realtors also had many other houses listed, and promising me that I was the most important client. I asked myself how can a Realtor with so many listings possibly give the owner the personalized service that a new Realtor, with only a few listings and a lot more time to concentrate on the sale of your home, could.
In today's market, it made sense to me to choose a Realtor who was new and full of energy and the time to concentrate on the sale of my home. There are a lot of new Realtors out there, however Cyndi was the only Realtor who many times knocked on my door looking for listings in the community.
Once I met her and spoke with her I found her to be knowledgeable about the market and I was confident that she could not only sell my home quickly, but get me top dollar for my home. As it turned out, Cyndi closed the deal 9 days after my house was listed and for more than asking price.
I still believe that any Realtor would have trouble matching the personalized service I received from the first day of listing my house to the day the sale completed.
Cyndi also was instrumental in finding me the home that I now live in. After discussions of what area and style of home I needed, Cyndi took all of the information and started searching. After a few days, Cyndi had some homes for me to look at. The personalized service really showed up again. She had listened to everything I had said and eliminated all the homes that would have been unsuitable and a waste of time to look at.
